"Probably not going back"
I don’t know if I just caught them on a bad day or what, so I can’t say for sure this is always how it is, but my experience wasn’t great. Nothing really made me want to give it another try, so I’m probably not going back.

"I used to pop onto shopwss thinking I…"
I used to pop onto WSS thinking I might uncover some solid shoe deals, like a little bargain treasure hunt. But lately? The drama builds fast. Prices feel way too high for what you’re actually getting, and half the stuff with a “sale” tag still seems to cost the same or even less somewhere else. Then you get to checkout and the shipping and extra fees make the whole thing collapse. I had a cart ready, stared at the total like it had betrayed me, and just closed the tab. Unless they bring those prices down, it really doesn’t feel worth the time

"Super easy shopping experience"
I found what I was looking for really quickly on WSS. The site loaded smoothly, checkout was simple, and the size filters made it way easier to narrow things down. Everything worked just like it should, and I had no issues at all. Definitely a 5-star experience for me!

"Support took way too long when I needed help"
I went on shopwss.com trying to get help with an order, and the timing could not have been worse. I needed an answer quickly, but support took forever to get back to me. When someone finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing again, and I still didn’t get any real help. Just a frustrating experience all around

"Decent shoes, but the selection could be better"
shopwss has some good shoes and brands, so I do like checking it out here and there. But the selection feels a little hit or miss. I found a few styles I liked, but of course the sizes I needed weren’t available. Isn’t that always how it goes? It’s fine if you’re just browsing, but if you’re looking for something specific, you might get a little frustrated. I just wish they had more options online, because who doesn’t want more choices?

"Rewards Aren’t Worth the Hassle"
Their rewards program has been disappointing. The points take forever to show up, and I almost never get the discounts they say I’m supposed to get. On top of that, when I called to ask about it, I kept getting transferred from one person to another, and nobody really seemed to know what was going on. Just not worth the hassle.

"Something felt off"
Got the shoes and… I don’t know. They just felt a little off right away. The fit, the details, even the overall look. Not saying for sure, but I’m not convinced they’re authentic

The shoes do look nice, I’ll give them that, but the material just feels kind of cheap. Like, not terrible, but definitely cheaper than I expected. They’re comfortable enough for everyday wear, so I’ve been using them, but I keep wondering how long they’re actually going to hold up. They’re not bad shoes, but that cheap-feeling material really stands out to me. Overall, they’re okay, just nothing amazing.

Checkout did work in the end, but I kind of regret not expecting it to take longer. It felt a bit slow, and I had to re-enter my info once, which was annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and my order still went through fine, but I do wish the whole process had been smoother.

"Am I missing something with the sizing?"
Am I missing something, or does shopwss never have regular shoe sizes in stock? Every time I find a pair I like, it’s either only the super small sizes or the really huge ones left, and my size is already sold out. It makes browsing feel kind of pointless when nothing I’d actually buy is available. I just wish they’d restock more often.

I found some decent discounts on the shoes I was looking for, so that was nice. The promo code went through without any weird hassle, and shipping was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. Finding the right sizes took a little messing around, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably shop there again.

"Runs a Bit Tight"
I was kind of in a rush when I tried these on, but right away I noticed they run a little tight. They’re still comfy enough for short walks, just not something I’d want to wear for too long.

"Canceled My Shoe Order at the Worst Time"
I ordered a pair of shoes that were showing as in stock, so I figured everything was good. Then, days later, they suddenly canceled the order. The timing was really frustrating because I was counting on them arriving soon. Total waste of time

"Trying to exchange these shoes has been exhausting"
I just wanted to exchange my shoes for a different size, and somehow it turned into this whole ordeal. Customer service kept bouncing me around like nobody knew what was going on, the shipping took forever, and after all that, I still don’t even have the right pair. it’s been way more frustrating than it needed to be

"My package took forever to show up"
I was waiting on this package and thought it would show up way sooner. Days kept passing, and I kept checking the tracking like, “Okay, maybe today?” But nope, it ended up arriving really late. Glad it finally got here, but the wait was frustrating

"Took Forever to Arrive"
I was really counting on this showing up sooner, and it took way too long. I felt like I kept checking for updates while trying to get other things done, which was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
